Teaser Tuesday (28) Timber Wolves Trilogy

Teaser Tuesdays is a weekly bookish meme, hosted by MizB of Should Be Reading. Anyone can play along! Just do the following:
• Grab your current read
• Open to a random page
• Share two (2) “teaser” sentences from somewhere on that page
• BE CAREFUL NOT TO INCLUDE SPOILERS! (make sure that what you share doesn’t give too much away! You don’t want to ruin the book for others!)
• Share the title & author, too, so that other TT participants can add the book to their TBR Lists if they like your teasers!

Since I read the trilogy back to back I decided to teases them all in one post.

“I’ve been looking forward to this dance for a long time.” He leaned forward and rested his lips by my ear. “It was worth the wait. You look beautiful tonight, Scout.”

Charlie sure does have a way with words. Sometimes waiting is not a good thing, sometimes waiting ruins what could have been.

“This is real, and I didn’t leave you alone. I have always loved you, and I will love you until the end of time. Now, wake up and live.”

Thank you for telling Scout to live. Thank you for understanding what she needs before she does. Thank you for being you.

He sat down beside me on the bed, his hands sliding along my face and neck. “What I’m tired of is you almost getting dead. I swear, I’m going to lock you in a padded room if you don’t stop all this stupid, life-threatening crap.”

Liam~you are the absolute best! I love that you want to protect her, especially from herself.
