Happy Thanksgiving!!!

The pies are baked; apple and pumpkin.  The cheesecake is cooling in the fridge.  The turkey is in the oven and the Macy's Day Thanksgiving Parade is on the tv, they just cut the ribbon to signal the start.  The children are up and dancing. The oldest two say that they are thankful for books, gymnastics, their families and for living in America.  The youngest two say toys, Mommy, daddy and their sisters.

Thanksgiving is my favorite holiday. The smells that float around the house, playing games with the family, the laughter that fills the room and eating the food that has been prepared with love and spice, pretty much everything nice.

There are many more that I am thankful for.  These are just a few that have made escaping reality easier for a few hours.  If you haven't tried one these series you need to as soon as possible.
