Swoon Thursday (43) The Golden Lily

The wonderful gals at YA Bound created this super HOT meme. Here's how it works

From the book you’re currently reading, or one you just finished, tell us what made you SWOON. What got your heart pounding, your skin tingling, and your stomach fluttering.

Shout it out on Twitter with the hashtag #YABound, post it here in the comments, or grab the adorable button above and share it on your blog! I want to know & so do the gals at YABound!

He reached out and pulled me to him, one hand on my waist and the other behind my neck.  He tipped my head up and lowered his lips to mine.  I closed my eyes and melted as my whole body was consumed in that kiss.  I was nothing.  I was everything.  Chills ran over my skin, and fire burned inside me.  His body pressed closer to mine, and I wrapped my arms around his neck.  His lips were warmer and softer than anything I could have ever imagined, yet fierce and powerful at the same time!

So this week's swoon is a throwback one.  This was my very first swoon and since I haven't read anything this week I figured a throwback swoon was needed.  Life gets a little busy, especially with a baby and finding a balance is taking some time.    There may be a few more weeks of throwbacks while I learn to balance baby, work, reading and the toddlers.

  2. I have not read a single book by Richelle Mead - but I have seen quite a few swoons from books by her, due to Swoon Thursday. Judging by swoons alone, I'd probably like this series! This swoon in particular is YUMMY :D

    Thanks for visiting my blog!

Sorry I'm a bit late this week. I understand only too well how things get busy with a young family.
Hope you have a great week :)
